TRIENNIAL DAMAGE INSURANCE POLICY. HABITABILITY OF THE BUILDING
All insurance companies marketing TRIENAL policies in Spain have recognized CPV as one of the main technical risk auditors for the prevention and identification of technical risks during the whole process, from the design phase to the construction phase, and sometimes even during the operation phase.
1. H1: HABITABILITY, SALUBRITY AND IMPERMEABILITY.
CPV performs the technical control against the external action of water on horizontal, vertical or inclined building envelopes. The action is based on the study of the documentation provided in the project that serves as a basis for the design of the constructive solutions, risk control during the execution of the work and the supervision of the final tests.
2. H2: ACOUSTIC INSULATION.
CPV studies the protection against noise and the technical solutions adopted in the project and implemented during construction, so that the noise generated does not endanger people’s health and allows them to carry out their usual activities satisfactorily.
3. H3: ENERGY SAVINGS AND THERMAL INSULATION.
CPV analyzes the technical solutions that facilitate the rational use of the energy necessary for the proper utilization of the building during its useful life.
4. H4: FUNCTIONAL ASPECTS. FACILITIES AND SECONDARY WORKS
CPV carries out the control of the installations in order to supervise their defective operation. Our performance is based on the revision of project documents, previous meetings with the installers, approval of materials and equipment and control in the assembly. As a consequence of the control, we also carry out functional tests of the electrical and mechanical installations. We verify according to a sampling level the secondary work, understood as constructive elements that affect the functional aspects of the building.
